How a lead gets booked
A visitor answers a short routing form. The answers decide which rep or team they see, they pick a time, and the event is created with a video link. If the first rep is busy, round robin passes the meeting to the next available host.
Who should switch
Sales teams and agencies with 8 to 50 hosts who pay per seat mainly for team scheduling. If you are a solo consultant or a team of five, SavvyCal is likely cheaper. To compare the other big names, see the Calendly alternative and Chili Piper alternative pages, or the pricing page for every plan.
