Acuity wins on price for one person or a small studio, and on features such as packages and payments for services. MeetSetup wins when the job is getting the right lead to the right rep fast and you want one fixed bill.

How a lead gets booked

A visitor answers a short routing form. The answers decide which rep or team they see, they pick a time, and the event is created with a video link. If the first rep is busy, round robin passes the meeting to the next available host.

Who should switch

Teams that started on Acuity for appointments and now need sales routing, fair rotation across reps and CRM sync. If you sell classes or sessions to consumers, stay with Acuity. To compare other tools, see the Calendly alternative and SavvyCal alternative pages, or the pricing page for every plan.
