Fair distribution

Each new meeting goes to the available host with the fewest recent bookings, so top reps are not buried and new reps get leads.

Real availability

Free and busy checks across Google and Microsoft 365 calendars keep double bookings out.

Routing first, rotation second

Routing forms pick the right team by company size or region, then round robin picks the rep.

One shared link

Put a single booking page on your site, in emails or in ads. Leads never see which rep is next.

Flat team price

Team is $149 a month ($74 billed yearly) for up to 15 hosts. Business covers up to 50.

Reminders that cut no shows

Email reminders on all plans and SMS reminders on Team and Business.

What round robin scheduling software does

Round robin scheduling software lets a group share one booking page and hands every new meeting to a single member of the group in turn. The visitor sees the combined free time of the team, picks a slot and gets a confirmation with the name of the assigned person.

For sales teams this removes the manual step where a manager reads a lead, picks a rep and forwards the calendar link. The meeting is booked while the lead is still on the page.

Three rotation modes for different teams

ModeHow it assignsBest for
Next in turnRotates evenly across available hostsInbound demo requests, support onboarding calls
Least bookedFavors the host with the fewest upcoming meetingsTeams with mixed workloads
CollectiveFinds a time when every required host is freePanel interviews, joint client reviews

Hosts can set their own working hours and buffers, so the rotation never offers a time a rep cannot take.

Price per team, not per seat

Per seat schedulers charge for every rep who takes a meeting. A 10 rep team on a $16 per seat plan pays about $1,920 a year, while MeetSetup Team is $888 billed yearly for up to 15 hosts. Hiring a rep inside your plan limit does not change the invoice. Full numbers are in our Calendly pricing for teams breakdown, and the pricing page lists every plan.

Who it fits

Sales teams with 3 to 50 reps, agencies assigning client calls to account managers, recruiting teams that rotate interviewers, and customer success groups that book onboarding calls. If you also need to send leads to specific reps by form answers, read about lead routing, or compare with the Chili Piper alternative page.

Questions, answered

Round robin scheduling shares one booking page across a team and assigns each new meeting to the next available member in turn, so work is spread evenly and leads book instantly.
Yes. MeetSetup checks connected calendars and only offers times when at least one host is free, then assigns that host.
Team and Business include round robin. Team covers up to 15 hosts at $149 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly.
