How a lead gets booked
A visitor fills in a short routing form. The answers decide which rep or team they see. They pick a time on that calendar, the event is created with a video link, and both sides get reminders. If the first choice is busy, round robin passes the meeting to the next available rep.
Everything runs from a page you can embed on your site or send in an email, so you can start with one form and add rules as the team grows.
Who should switch
Sales teams and agencies with 5 to 50 people who pay for Chili Piper or a per seat tool mainly for routing and scheduling. If you rely on the enterprise data platform, keep it. If you need booking, routing and reminders, compare your yearly total with the plans on the pricing page.
