Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of meetsetup.com and its scheduling service operated by the administrator of meetsetup.com ("we"). By using the service you accept them.

The service

MeetSetup provides booking pages, round robin, routing forms and related scheduling features for teams. Features depend on the plan you choose.

Plans and billing

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Each plan includes a host limit. Limits count the hosts used in the billing period, and removing a host does not refund the period. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the current period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages through booking pages.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other accounts.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the data you bring. You give us the right to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, except where an Enterprise agreement says otherwise.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost profit damages.
