Assigned to Maya from the Sales team by round robin
Calendly Teams costs $16 per seat per month on annual billing, so 10 users cost about $160 a month, or $1,920 a year. Standard is $10 per seat, about $100 a month for 10 users, but it has no round robin. Prices below come from Calendly's public pricing page at the time of writing, so confirm them before you buy.
How much does Calendly cost for a team of 5, 10 and 15?
| Team size | Standard ($10 per seat) | Teams ($16 per seat) | MeetSetup Team (flat, yearly billing) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users | $50 a month | $80 a month | $74 a month |
| 10 users | $100 a month | $160 a month | $74 a month |
| 15 users | $150 a month | $240 a month | $74 a month |
The table uses annual billing for every column. Month to month, Calendly charges more per seat, and MeetSetup Team is $149 a month for up to 15 hosts.
Which Calendly plan does a sales team need?
A sales or customer success team that wants meetings shared across reps needs round robin, and that sits on the Teams plan. Routing forms, which send a lead to the right rep based on form answers, are also a higher tier feature. Standard works for individuals who only need personal booking pages.
If your reps only take meetings from their own links, Standard is enough and cheaper than any flat plan for a small group. The moment you share a page across people, the Teams price applies to everyone who hosts.
Where per seat pricing starts to hurt
Per seat pricing grows with headcount, and in sales teams headcount changes often. Every new rep, intern or part time closer adds another seat. A team that grows from 8 to 14 people in a year sees the Teams bill move from about $128 to about $224 a month without any new feature.
Flat team pricing works the other way. You pay for a range of hosts, so hiring inside that range does not touch the invoice. It is the same reason agencies prefer a fixed retainer to hourly billing for budgeting.
What to compare besides the sticker price
- Who counts as a seat. Check whether people who only get booked, but never configure pages, need a paid seat.
- Routing and round robin. Confirm which tier includes them, because that is usually the feature teams buy for.
- CRM sync. HubSpot and Salesforce sync often sit on the upper tiers.
- Billing period. Annual prices are lower, so compare annual with annual.
- Extras. SMS reminders, custom domains and admin roles can add cost on top of the seat price.
Is a flat price plan cheaper than Calendly Teams?
For 5 users the two are close. From about 6 hosts upward, a flat plan wins on cost: at 10 users MeetSetup Team at $888 a year is roughly $1,000 less than Calendly Teams at $1,920 a year, with round robin and routing forms in both. Above 15 hosts, MeetSetup Business covers up to 50 hosts at $499 a month, or $249 billed yearly.
Calendly has a larger integration catalog and a long track record, and it may be the better pick if you rely on a specific integration we do not have. Our Calendly alternative page lists where each tool fits, and the pricing page shows our plans in full.
How to estimate your own cost
Count everyone who will host a meeting in the next 12 months, not only today's team. Multiply by the Teams seat price and by 12. Then compare it with one flat plan that fits the same headcount. If the gap is above a few hundred dollars a year, the switch pays for itself in a quarter, since setting up booking pages takes an afternoon.
Booked calls need leads first. If your team also sends outbound email to fill its calendars, a tool such as cold email software that researches every prospect handles that side, and MeetSetup takes over once a prospect says yes.
MeetSetup gives sales and agency teams booking pages, round robin, lead routing and an AI scheduling assistant at one flat team price. Start with the Team plan and connect your first calendar in minutes.
