Acuity Scheduling pricing for teams and what it covers

Acuity Scheduling pricing for teams worked out by calendar count, with the point where a flat team plan beats it and when Acuity is the better buy.

Assigned to Maya from the Sales team by round robin

Acuity Scheduling lists three plans: Starter at $16 a month for one calendar, Standard at $27 for up to 6 calendars, and Premium at $55 for up to 36, all billed yearly. Monthly billing costs $20, $34 and $69. For a team, you pay by calendar count, so the plan follows how many people take appointments.

What does Acuity Scheduling cost for a team?

CalendarsPlan neededYearly billingMonthly billing
1Starter$192 a year$240 a year
2 to 6Standard$324 a year$408 a year
7 to 36Premium$660 a year$828 a year

These numbers come from the public pricing page at the time of writing, and Enterprise has no listed price. Check the page before you buy, since vendors change plans.

Is Acuity cheap for a team?

Yes, on sticker price. A team of 10 on Premium pays $660 a year. MeetSetup Team is $888 billed yearly for up to 15 hosts, so on price alone Acuity is lower at these sizes. If you mostly book clients into services, Acuity is the better buy and you should not switch for a few hundred dollars.

Where the price comparison stops mattering

Acuity is built around clients booking services: classes, sessions, packages, payments and intake forms. Sales and client success teams need something different. They want a lead to answer a few questions, land on the right rep calendar, and have the meeting handed to the next free person if the first is busy. That is routing and round robin, and it is where MeetSetup is built to work. Check the Acuity feature list for those two items against your needs before deciding.

Intake before the call

Consulting and service firms often need more than a time slot. Teams that qualify clients before booking can pair a scheduler with automated client intake and discovery consultations so the call starts with answers already collected.

Bottom line

If you book services to consumers, Acuity Standard or Premium is cheap and fits. If you run a team that routes leads and rotates meetings, start the Team plan, connect your first calendar and compare with a week of real leads. See also round robin scheduling software.
