CRM scheduling

HubSpot meeting scheduler for sales teams

MeetSetup books inbound demos onto the right rep calendar and syncs each booking to HubSpot. Team is $149 a month ($74 billed yearly) for up to 15 hosts, so adding a rep does not change the bill.

Best forTeams already paying for HubSpot seats for every repTeams that want routing and rotation without per seat scheduling fees

HubSpot wins when every rep already has a seat and you want meetings, deals and reporting in one tool. MeetSetup wins when the job is getting a lead onto the right calendar quickly, some hosts such as SDRs, solutions engineers or partners sit outside your HubSpot seats, and you want one fixed bill.

How a demo request gets booked

A visitor answers a short routing form on your site. The answers pick the team or rep, the visitor chooses a time, and the event is created with a video link. If the first rep is busy, round robin passes the meeting to the next free host, and the booking is synced to HubSpot.

Who should use it

Sales teams of 5 to 50 that run inbound demos and want fair rotation, plus agencies and client success teams that assign calls by account. If your reps live in HubSpot all day and every one already has a paid seat, its built in tool may be enough. To compare other tools, see round robin scheduling software, the Chili Piper alternative and every plan on the pricing page.

Questions, answered

Yes. The Team plan syncs bookings to HubSpot, and Business adds Salesforce. Connect your CRM in settings and each booking is logged against the contact.
Yes. A routing form reads the answers, such as company size or region, and shows the matching rep or team calendar. Round robin then rotates within that group.
Team is $149 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly ($888), for up to 15 hosts.
No. Hosts in MeetSetup do not need a HubSpot seat. Only the CRM sync depends on your HubSpot account.
