Assigned to Maya from the Sales team by round robin

SavvyCal charges per user: Basic is $10 a month billed yearly ($12 monthly) and Premium is $17 billed yearly ($20 monthly). For a team, the bill is the per user price times every person who takes meetings. A team of 10 on Basic pays $1,200 a year, and the same team on Premium pays $2,040.

What does SavvyCal cost for a team?

HostsBasic, yearlyBasic, monthly billingPremium, yearly
3$360$432$612
5$600$720$1,020
10$1,200$1,440$2,040
15$1,800$2,160$3,060

These numbers come from the public pricing page at the time of writing. Check it before you buy, since vendors change plans.

Which plan does a team need?

Round robin, collective and group scheduling are included on Basic. Premium adds booking pages on your own domain, removal of SavvyCal branding, emails sent from your own address, delegated access for an assistant and payments at booking. Basic and Premium cannot be mixed on one subscription, so if one person needs a custom domain, the whole team moves to Premium. That detail is easy to miss when you price a team.

Who needs a seat?

Every host in a round robin pool needs a paid seat. A manager who only joins calls, or a part time closer, still counts once they appear as a host. Plan your count from the people who will be assigned meetings, not from the number of reps on the org chart.

Where a flat plan wins

Per seat pricing is cheapest for small groups. At $10 a seat on yearly billing, seven hosts cost $840 a year. MeetSetup Team is $888 billed yearly for up to 15 hosts, so from eight hosts the flat plan is cheaper, and the gap grows with every hire. Business covers up to 50 hosts and adds advanced routing rules by territory and account owner.

The other side of the trade is fit. SavvyCal is well liked for its overlay view and ranked availability, and if your reps care about those, the saving may not justify switching. If your team mainly needs routing forms, fair rotation and one predictable invoice, the SavvyCal alternative comparison shows the details side by side.

How to decide in one afternoon

  1. Count the people who will be assigned meetings, including managers who take overflow.
  2. Decide whether anyone needs a custom domain or payments, because that sets the plan for everyone.
  3. Multiply by the yearly per user price and compare with a flat plan on the pricing page.
  4. Run one week of real leads through both tools and note time from form submit to booked meeting.

Filling the calendar

A scheduler only helps when qualified prospects arrive. Teams that source meetings from outbound can pair it with cold email sequences that research each prospect so replies land straight on a rep calendar.

Bottom line

If you have fewer than eight hosts and no need for a custom domain, SavvyCal Basic is hard to beat on price. Past that point, or if you want routing forms and rotation under one fixed bill, start the Team plan and connect your first calendar.
